There's a small restaurant on The Strand, Sliema (Malta) called Chez Philippe which is very well known for their exquisite cuisine... This seared duck breast which was cooked to perfection was served with a creamy satay sauce, sesame seeds and a balsamic reduction. Definitely impressive!
