Lobster for thought
The Mediterranean island of Malta has a very well known reputation for their seafood cuisine. One of the restaurants found in a city called Marsaxlokk had lobster specialties which caught my eye. This one in particular included a portion of mixed lobster linguine which also had half a lobster underneath with extremely tender meat followed by a broth of seafood sauce. This plate was divine.
I need to try this dish! It looks mouth-watering!
